• Ralph Ferretti, director of the School of Education and professor of education, 4-5 p.m., Monday, April 14, in 223 Gore Hall;
• Carol Henderson, chairperson of the Department of Black American Studies and professor of Black American studies, 4-5 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, in 132 Alison Hall; and
• Matt Kinservik, associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and professor of English, 4-5 p.m., Thursday, April 17, in 132 Alison Hall.
The vice provost for faculty affairs and diversity is responsible for a wide array of faculty-focused issues, including recruitment, retention, faculty success and promoting excellence. The vice provost oversees the University Diversity Initiative to help UD achieve its goals to promote and enhance diversity and also advises the provost on faculty policies, including promotion and tenure, grievances, conflicts of interest and other academic personnel matters.
