UD employees invited to attend cooking demonstration Oct. 24

1:15 p.m., Oct. 11, 2012--University of Delaware employees are invited to attend a cooking demonstration sponsored by the Office of Human Resources’ Employee Wellness Program on Wednesday, Oct. 24.

During this seasonally inspired program, employees will learn how to prepare healthy and delicious autumn meals on both time and financial budgets. Tracey Sinibaldi, a registered dietitian, will interactively instruct employees on how to keep fall meals light on the waistline but heavy on the taste.
