Cooking demonstration
UD employees invited to attend cooking demonstration Oct. 24
1:15 p.m., Oct. 11, 2012--University of Delaware employees are invited to attend a cooking demonstration sponsored by the Office of Human Resources’ Employee Wellness Program on Wednesday, Oct. 24.
During this seasonally inspired program, employees will learn how to prepare healthy and delicious autumn meals on both time and financial budgets. Tracey Sinibaldi, a registered dietitian, will interactively instruct employees on how to keep fall meals light on the waistline but heavy on the taste.

Attendees will be encouraged to sample the flavorful fall recipes that include sweet ‘n’ sour chicken (including the vegetables), couscous, ginger green tea and a special dessert.
The cooking demonstration will take place in the cooking laboratory, 204 Willard Hall Education Building.
Those interested can pre-register for one of two demonstrations. The first seating will be from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and the second will be from 1-2 p.m. Cost of this event is 10 Wellness Dollars. Seating is limited.
