Volunteers sought for United Way Days of Caring
3:39 p.m., Oct. 17, 2012--The University of Delaware’s United Way Employee Campaign 2012 — co-chaired by Interim Provost Nancy Brickhouse and Vice President for Finance and Administration JJ Davis — is looking for volunteers.
UD will be participating in two “Days of Caring” projects for Exceptional Care for Children, Delaware’s only 24-hour, skilled pediatric nursing facility for transitional or long-term care.

Blue Rocks game
The University of Delaware's Office of Human Resources has announced UD Employee Appreciation Night at the Wilmington Blue Rocks baseball game on Friday, June 14.
Residence Life and Housing
The Office of Residence Life and Housing Assignment Services will become one unit, Residence Life and Housing, as of July 1.
Volunteers are needed on two dates:
- Friday, Nov. 2, from 4-7 p.m., for a landscape project, or
- Friday, Nov. 16, from 4-7p.m., for preparations for a Thanksgiving event scheduled for the children and their families the following day.
