Employee Education and Development sets October events
3:46 p.m., Oct. 1, 2012--The Office of Human Resources’ Employee Education and Development (EED) group has scheduled programs in organizational development and management development this month.
Now that the fall semester is under way, the timing is perfect to enhance workplace skills.

Scheduled this month are courses in:
• Organizational Development -- "Speak with Confidence I," Friday, Oct. 12; "Critical Conversations," Wednesday, Oct. 17; and "Managing Up," Friday, Oct. 19 and
• Management Development -- "Critical Conversations for Managers," Wednesday, Oct. 10; and "HR Survivor Skills for New Managers," Thursday, Oct. 18.

Employee Education and Development provides many learning opportunities for UD employees so they can develop and enhance essential workplace skills. These opportunities also are designed to increase job effectiveness, which, in turn, can have a positive impact on performance and efficiencies.
