In University of Delaware IT's last National Cyber Security Awareness Month article for 2014, the focus is on the individual as a consumer.

Two-factor authentication

Since two-factor authentication provides more security than a simple password, UD IT recommends that it be used whenever it's offered.

Police describe the suspect as a man with a large build wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head. It is unknown how the suspect entered the residence, and no property was discovered missing from the house.
