Biometric health screenings offered to University faculty, staff
11:05 a.m., Oct. 11, 2012--The University of Delaware Office of Human Resources’ HealthyU Employee Wellness Program is offering “Know Your Numbers” biometric health screenings to faculty and staff.
Health screenings put employees in touch with their health and can help determine individualized goals. This screening consists of blood pressure, cholesterol (HDL, LDL) and glucose (blood sugar) measurements.

Appointments are approximately 15 minutes in length and no fasting is necessary. Results will be reviewed during the appointment.
The screenings will be offered on a variety of days, times and locations as follows:
- Tuesday, Oct. 16, 9-11 a.m., 218 Gore Hall.
- Wednesday, Oct. 17, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Carpenter Sports Building Student Lounge.
- Thursday, Oct. 18, 9-11 a.m., 126 Memorial Hall.
- Tuesday, Oct. 23, 1-4 p.m., Human Resources, Room 261.
