University of Delaware Library offers ARTstor workshop
8:06 a.m., Oct. 9, 2012--The University of Delaware Library will present a workshop titled “Teaching and Learning with Images: Introduction to ARTstor” on Wednesday, Nov. 7.
ARTstor is a digital library of more than one million images in arts, architecture, humanities, social sciences and sciences.

The workshop will teach participants how to search for images, create and manage image groups, add images and download images for use in presentations.
The workshop will be held from 2-3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, in the Library Instruction Room (116A) on the first floor of the Morris Library. Presenters will be Susan Davi, associate librarian, Collection Development Department, and Derek Churchill, director, Visual Resources Collection, Art History Department.
The workshop is available at no charge and is open to UD faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required, and can be completed online.
