The movie follows a current UD student free-running across campus in pursuit of a local celebrity.
Two other student roles are currently being cast: the runner’s male and female best friends. For consideration, interested students should e-mail a photo of themselves to delawarethemovie@gmail.com.
Undergraduate Admissions senior associate director Amy Greenwald Foley says, “There are so many great stories to tell about the University of Delaware. While we can’t do it all in seven to nine minutes, we’ll make a serious effort. Having strong representation from so many members of our community is key to the success of this film and recruitment efforts of UD.”
Foley says to think of Delaware: The Movie as “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (minus the '80s) meets Run Lola Run (minus the violence).”
