SPPA announces auction event to raise funds for student scholarships
10:48 a.m., March 27, 2013--The University of Delaware School of Pubic Policy and Administration will host a cocktail social and scholarship fundraising event from 6-9 p.m., on Thursday, April 4, at the Marriott Courtyard Newark at UD.
The event, Invest in Public Service: SPPA Scholarship Fundraiser, will feature silent and live auctions, raffles, music, food and a cash bar.

Items available for auction include lunches with U.S. Ses. Tom Carper and U.S. Rep. John Carney, vacation homes, art prints, gift baskets, private tours, sports and cultural events, and gift certificates.
Members of the UD community are invited to donate unique or interesting items to be included in the auction.
All proceeds from the evening will directly support tuition scholarships for future students. The School of Public Policy and Administration hopes to raise more than $10,000 during the fundraising event.
The registration fee for the fundraiser is $35 for non-students and $10 for students. For more details or to register for the event, click here.
