Prevent theft

Secure your personal property at all times

11:11 a.m., March 14, 2013--University of Delaware Police remind members of the University community to make sure their personal property is secure at all time and not to leave it unattended.

Recently there have been several thefts of cellphones and wallets from unsecured lockers at the Carpenter Sports Building. To prevent theft, all personal property should be placed inside secure lockers.

Blue Rocks game

The University of Delaware's Office of Human Resources has announced UD Employee Appreciation Night at the Wilmington Blue Rocks baseball game on Friday, June 14.

Residence Life and Housing

The Office of Residence Life and Housing Assignment Services will become one unit, Residence Life and Housing, as of July 1.

Students and employees also are reminded that the Carpenter Sports Building guest policy allows you to bring in a guest who is visiting campus at a charge of $5 per guest per day. Guests must be accompanied by their sponsors at all times, and sponsors are responsible for their guests' behavior. 

Questions about the guest policy should be directed to Recreation Services staff members.
