Kurt Carr Singers featured at UD's Gospelrama 2013

10:40 a.m., March 7, 2013--Kurt Carr and the Kurt Carr Singers will be featured when Gospelrama 2013: A Night of Celebration and Praise is held at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 11, in Mitchell Hall on the University of Delaware campus in Newark.

Tickets will go on sale March 11 at UD box offices and through Tickemaster outlets.

June 5: Blue Hen 5K

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.

June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

Advance tickets cost $5 for UD students (limit of two), $10 for UD faculty and staff (limit of two), and $15 for the general public. Tickets will cost more at the door, if any are left.
