March 15: BGSA seminar
Black Graduate Student Association sets development seminar
4:22 p.m., March 11, 2013--The Black Graduate Student Association at the University of Delaware will hold a professional development seminar on “Planning, Executing and Completing Research in a Timely Manner” from 4-5 p.m., Friday, March 15, in 320 Gore Hall.
The seminar, led by Busby Attoh-Okine, professor of civil and environmental engineering, will provide information on key strategies for successful idea generation and project completion.

The College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment's Ocean Currents Lecture Series kicks off on May 23 in Lewes with Mark Warner discussing the future of coral reefs.
May 24: Adelante
The campus community is invited to attend the inaugural Adelante: Latino-Hispanic Graduation Celebration, sponsored by UD's Center for Black Culture, at 4 p.m., Friday, May 24.
It is designed to assist those who find it challenging to develop a strong research topic or are facing major obstacles in finalizing their research before thesis or dissertation writing.
Light refreshments will be served.
