The amount of this credit, if any, may vary from time to time and will be calculated based on the account balance, and the performance and expenses of the funds in the plans.
This arrangement may result in periodic additions to the participant’s plan account and will appear as “Revenue Credit” on future retirement savings statements from Fidelity Investments or TIAA-CREF.
All revenue credits will be invested in proportion to the participant’s investment holdings.
Although fees and credits may be important factors in choosing investment options, it is important that individuals take into account several other considerations, such as time horizon, risk tolerance, and financial situation, when determining an investment approach and choosing the right investment mix.
