East Cleveland Avenue closed to traffic until 8 p.m. tonight

9:43 a.m., July 26, 2012--East Cleveland Avenue, between Paper Mill Road and Capitol Trail, is expected to be closed to traffic until at least 8 p.m., tonight, July 26, according to Newark Police. Local traffic will be permitted.
Two utility poles were struck by a tractor trailer and are blocking the roadway.
