Saturday Morning Math helps children in grade K-6 learn that math can be fun.

Campus Stories

New Vita Nova

Students and faculty enjoy the newly renovated Vita Nova student-run restaurant, and hold a luncheon to celebrate donors Jayne and Chris Malfitano.

Exercise counseling

The University of Delaware's Department of Kinesiology and Applied Physiology is now offering exercise counseling services at the Nurse Managed Health Center.

Saturday Morning Math Session III will begin Saturday, Feb. 16, and run through March 23. Classes will be held in 114 Pearson Hall.

Registration for that session is currently open and will remain open until classes are full.

Cost is $75 per student and the deadline for registration is Feb. 14.

Registration is available online.

The Saturday Morning Math program, offered by UD's Mathematics and Science Education Resource Center (MSERC), is designed to be an enriching experience that makes learning math more enjoyable.

By providing problem-solving math activities, one-on-one sessions and computer activities, children can learn to master basics or improve their skills.
