Jan. 17: CEHD grad open house
Prospective CEHD graduate students invited to open house
11:52 a.m., Jan. 9, 2013--The University of Delaware College of Education and Human Development will hold an open house for people interested in pursuing a graduate degree in education or human development from 6:30-8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 17, in Room 116 of the Willard Hall Education Building.
Participants will learn about all of the college’s graduate programs, including the Ed.D. in educational leadership; master of education in educational technology; master of education in exceptional children and youth; master of arts in teaching English as a second language; master of arts in teaching math, science or English; and the Ph.D. and master’s degrees in human development and family studies.

According to Judith Brittingham, a fall 2012 graduate, “The Ed.D. in educational leadership program at the University of Delaware has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my lifetime. As a new assistant principal at Sussex Central High School, this program has given me the confidence and knowledge to affect positive changes at the building level to better serve the needs of our students as we strive to make them productive members of society.”
During the open house, participants will be able to meet faculty and current students and learn about funding opportunities. Refreshments will be served.
