WVUD Radiothon 2013
Campus radio station WVUD sets annual Radiothon fundraiser
9:37 a.m., Feb. 26, 2013--University of Delaware campus radio station WVUD 91.3FM will hold its annual Radiothon fundraising event from March 1-10.
The donations received during Radiothon 2013 will be used to help WVUD with day-to-day operations and for station improvements, such as the recent power increase and transmitter upgrade, according to Steve Kramarck, station manager and assistant director with University Student Centers.

Inclusive and effusive
The first cohort in UD's Career and Life Studies Certificate program have completed their two-year program, designed to provide students with intellectual disabilities with academic and life skills instruction, while engaging in social activities on campus.
Kramarck said this year's goal is $40,000.
Previous Radiothons have helped WVUD make the jump to 6,800 watts and add HD radio.
