UD Spring Career Fair to be held at Bob Carpenter Center
8:05 a.m., Feb. 19, 2013--The University of Delaware Spring Career Fair will be held from noon to 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 27, at the Bob Carpenter Center.
The Spring Career Fair is open to University students and alumni of all majors and degree levels, and is designed to help identify UD talent for full-time, part-time, internship and volunteer opportunities with appropriate employers.

Representatives will be in attendance to provide information regarding career opportunities within their organizations, as well as hiring needs and requirements for full-time jobs and internships.
The Spring Career Fair now includes engineering, science and technology majors and organizations.
This year’s featured employers include: Aerotek, Baltimore Aircoil Company, Capital One, Computer Sciences Corporation, Deloitte and Touche, DuPont, General Dynamics - Electric Boat, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, JPMorgan Chase and Co., Lehigh Valley Health Network, Macy's Inc., Morgan Stanley, News America Marketing, Power Home Remodeling Group, Public Allies Delaware and the U.S. Navy.

Suit and Tie Contest
At this year’s Spring Career Fair, UD’s Career Services Center is introducing the UD Suit and Tie Contest.
The Career Services Center’s student assistants will dress to impress for the fair and need the votes of the campus community.
Those with interest will have a chance to vote for the most professionally dressed student on Twitter via @UDCareers. The Twitter contest will be held from Feb. 22-27. Use the hashtag #UDSuitandTie.
Winners will be announced at the career fair, and will win a $50 gift card to a Main Street restaurant of their choice.
