FYI Stories

Two-factor authentication

Since two-factor authentication provides more security than a simple password, UD IT recommends that it be used whenever it's offered.

Faculty climate survey

The NSF ADVANCE grant team at UD has shared the results of a faculty climate survey on topics including promotion and tenure, evaluation, merit, workload, family-friendly policies, mentoring, and career satisfaction.

One Basic RAD class will be held Mondays and Wednesdays, Feb. 18, 20, 25 and 27 and March 4.

A second Basic RAD class will be held Tuesdays, Feb. 19 and 26 and March 5, 12 and 19.

Advanced RAD also provides 15 hours of instruction. A prerequisite is that participants have taken the Basic RAD course. Advanced RAD will meet from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at a central campus location.

The Advanced RAD class will meet Mondays, April 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29.

The fee for all RAD courses is $25. To register, send email to Sgt. David Bartolf at the Department of Public Safety at davidb@udel.edu. No phone calls.
