UD Fraternity and Sorority Life honored for outstanding work on campus
3:02 p.m., Feb. 26, 2013--More than 20 delegates from fraternities and sororities at the University of Delaware traveled to Connecticut on Feb. 22 for the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) annual conference.
Students collaborated with national presenters, advisers and peers from the northeast region as they engaged in workshops focused on improving fraternity and sorority life at UD.

Warren Award
In addition to this work, the community was recognized with several NGLA awards:
Outstanding Community Scholarship, spring 2012 and fall 2012, Gamma Sigma Alpha. The award is presented in recognition of academic achievement by all members and chapters.
College Panhellenic Impact Award, UD Panhellenic Council. The awared is presented to one Panhellenic council in the region by Gamma Phi Beta National Sorority.
Amy Vojta Impact Award in Multicultural Initiatives and Programming, Multicultural Greek Congress at UD. The University was honored for the creation of a collaborative council to represent UD’s culturally based fraternities and sororities.
