Early morning power outage hits portions of UD campus Wednesday
8:27 a.m., Dec. 12, 2012--A major early morning power outage in Newark hit portions of the University of Delaware campus on Wednesday, Dec. 12.
Power went out about 3 a.m. when a large power line was lost, according to a UD Facilities representative, and the outage affected University facilities on west campus and the Laird Campus.
