UD police seek owner of dog found near Willard Hall Education Building
2:21 p.m., April 9, 2013--UD Police are trying to locate the owner of a pit bull-type dog found in the vicinity of the Willard Hall Education Building around 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 16.
The dog is not wearing a collar and does not have a microchip marking its identity.
