Graduate Student Government committee sets panel on diversity

8:41 a.m., April 26, 2013--A University of Delaware Graduate Outreach Open Discussion (GOOD) panel on diversity will be held from noon-2 p.m., Friday, May 3, in 209-211 Trabant University Center.

The event, sponsored by the Graduate Student Government Diversity Committee, will be an open conservation with the campus community about what diversity means at the University.

June 5: Blue Hen 5K

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.

June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

Those who attend can enjoy light refreshments while also hearing from prominent faculty and administrators who strive toward strengthening the climate of diversity on campus.
