University Library offers Web of Science workshop
9:42 a.m., Sept. 6, 2011--The University of Delaware Library will present a Web of Science workshop on Tuesday morning, Sept. 27.
Web of Science is a database that allows users to track how often particular works and authors have been cited and provides access to general research in a number of disciplines. The workshop covers research techniques to analyze the citation history of articles and ways to use “Get It,” the University of Delaware Library document retrieval system that works in conjunction with Web of Science.

The workshop will be held from 10-11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27, in the Library Instruction Room (116A) on the first floor of the Morris Library.
Presenters will be Thomas Melvin, librarian, and Lydia Collins, senior assistant librarian, both of the Reference Department.
The workshop is available at no charge and is open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. To register online, go to the library workshops website.
