Student sustainability reps
Campus sustainability leadership positions open to UD students
12:17 p.m., March 1, 2012--Applications are now being accepted for student representatives to join the University of Delaware Sustainability Task Force as leaders in promoting campus sustainability initiatives in keeping with the Climate Action Plan.
Two undergraduate and two graduate students will be accepted to attend and participate in the ACPA Institute on Sustainability in Boulder, Colo.

A time commitment is required from June through the 2012-13 academic year.
Selected students must represent UD at the Institute on Sustainability to be held June 17-19 in Boulder, and serve a significant role on the task force through one or more of the working groups, which include:
- Sustainability Fund
- Earth Week Planning
- Regional Sustainability Institute Planning
- Campus Sustainability Day Planning
- Green Liaisons
- Marketing and Communication
- Sustainability Policy
To qualify, undergraduate students must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher, and graduate students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students must live in or near Newark through the end of the 2012-13 academic year and be available to attend the Institute on Sustainability in Boulder. Full funding is provided for the institute.
