UD Chamber Orchestra to perform in Gore Recital Hall
8:48 a.m., March 2, 2012--The University of Delaware Chamber Orchestra, with John David Smith on horn, will perform at 8 p.m., Friday, March 9, in the Gore Recital Hall of the Roselle Center for the Arts.
The program includes Gounod's Petite Symphony and Eric Ewazen's Concerto for Horn.

The campus community is invited to attend the inaugural Adelante: Latino-Hispanic Graduation Celebration, sponsored by UD's Center for Black Culture, at 4 p.m., Friday, May 24.
Smith is UD associate professor of music and principal horn with the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia and the Opera Company of Philadelphia.
Tickets cost $12 for adults, $8 for senior adults and $3 for students and will be available at the door the evening of the performance.
