Blue and Gold Administrative Essentials course begins March 15
10:08 a.m., March 13, 2012--The University of Delaware Office of Human Resources’ Employee Education and Development (EED) group is sponsoring a certificate program for supervisors, managers, administrators and employees who want to learn more about the fundamental principles of process improvement and the required communication, change management and team building skills to make administrative improvements.
The Blue and Gold Administrative Essentials course will begin on Thursday, March 15, and will meet twice a week through April 19.

Facilitating the program will be Steve Horah, Peggy Smith and Barbara Roche.
Horah is on the faculty of the UD Division of Professional and Continuing Studies' Lean Six Sigma green belt certificate program and managing partner of Lean Change Agents, LLC.
Smith is UD customized learning solutions instructor, and the principal of Smith and Associates.
Roche is an organizational development and effectiveness consultant with considerable training experience in the higher education field.
