Changes to test scoring scanning process are cleaner, greener

TEXT SIZE

12:56 p.m., Feb. 20, 2012--The University of Delaware test scoring scanning process has been streamlined to be more efficient, convenient and green -- output files from the service are no longer printed.

Instead, clients receive an electronic copy through UD’s Dropbox service. Extra files created by the program can easily be used with Sakai@UD.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

“The new procedure helps to reduce UD’s carbon footprint and makes the process more convenient because clients can retrieve their files from anywhere. Plus, it provides a quicker turnaround,” said Carol Anderer, associate director, IT Client and Support Services.

The new process is designed to be more expedient:

• Your output files will be available through the UD Dropbox.

• You will receive an email message with a link to obtain the files.

• You will not receive a printed version of your test scoring output.

For those who have questions about the test scoring process, review the online instructions or contact the IT Support Center.
