"Behavior change is intentional and requires some planning that many people avoid in their rush to adopt a new habit," said Linda Smith, HealthyU Employee Wellness Program coordinator. "There is a wealth of research-based ideas which employees can use to successfully make the changes that are personally important to them."
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive quiz using clicker technology to explore their options and reflect on their past experiences with making positive lifestyle changes. Handouts will be provided.
There is no cost for the workshop but registration is required as seating is limited. For more information and to register, visit the HealthyU website or call 831-8388.
