9:18 a.m., Oct. 15, 2010----The University of Delaware School of Education (SOE) will host an open house for prospective full-time graduate students on Friday, Nov. 12, from 1-4 p.m. in Room 116 of the Willard Hall Education Building on the University's Newark campus.
Students will have the opportunity to learn about full-time degree programs, including the Ph.D. in education; master of arts in school psychology; master of arts in teaching English as a second language; master of arts in teaching (MAT) in math, science and English; and master of education in exceptional children and youth.
SOE will be holding another open house in the Willard Hall Education Building on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011, for people interested in part-time graduate programs.
Participants will learn about part-time programs including the Ed.D. in educational leadership; master of education in educational technology; master of education in exceptional children and youth; master of education in reading; master of education in school leadership; master of instruction (including school library media); and master of arts in teaching English as a second language.
Participants will be able to meet faculty and current students. Information about funding opportunities will also be available and refreshments will be served.
