8:38 a.m., Nov. 12, 2010----Amos Guiora, professor of law at the University of Utah, will speak on the topic “Freedom from Religion: Managing Domestic Terrorism” during a National Agenda 2010 presentation at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 17, at Mitchell Hall on the University of Delaware campus in Newark.

Guiora teaches criminal procedure, international law, global perspectives on counterterrorism and religion and rerrorism, and has published extensively on issues of national security, limits of interrogation, religion and terrorism, and multiculturalism and human rights.

There will be a book signing following the program. Guiora is the author of Freedom from Religion.
