9:43 a.m., Nov. 8, 2010----University of Delaware Information Technologies (IT) is committed to providing the best possible computing, network, and technology services to the University community.
To improve our services, each year we ask members of the University community to share their thoughts about the support IT provides. Therefore, IT invites University faculty and staff who have not yet done so to take a few minutes and complete a short IT customer satisfaction survey.
Nearly 400 faculty and staff have responded since the survey was released on Nov. 1. The survey will remain available until Nov. 24.
Student input is gathered with different surveys at other times of the year.
