The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA, Public Law 110-315) was enacted on Aug. 14, 2008, and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA).

The “Your Right to Know” page contains links to various UD administrative units, references and reports that satisfy the federal disclosure requirements outlined in HEA, and is accessible from the University's home page and the Institutional Research website.

The new site will be updated regularly and organizes general consumer information into the following subject areas: Student Information, Financial Assistance Information, Health and Safety, Teacher Preparation, Athletic Information, and Institutional Accreditation Information.

Contact Institutional Research at [irp@udel.edu] for additional information.
