9:17 a.m., Feb. 25, 2011----University of Delaware Day in Washington, D.C., will be held from 5-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, in the Russell Senate Office Building and alumni are invited to attend.
The reception, in the Kennedy Caucus Room (Room 325), will showcase UD's leadership in federally funded projects. Featured will be interactive displays highlighting University research including multifunctional composite materials to support the nation's soldiers, next-generation magnets and renewable energy solutions, a baby mobility robot and an autonomous underwater vehicle.
