11:14 a.m., Dec. 2, 2010----As part of the Student Centers Programming Advisory Board (SCPAB) weekend film series, Going the Distance and Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps will be shown at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m., Friday, Dec. 3, and Saturday, Dec. 4, in the University of Delaware's Trabant University Center Theatre.
Going the Distance is a 2010 romantic comedy starring Drew Barrymore and Justin Long. The film follows a couple -- a guy and a girl separated by distance in cities on opposite coasts -- as the two try to keep their love alive.
Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, starring Michael Douglas and Shia LaBeouf, is a sequel to the 1987 film Wall Street. The film centers around the 2008 financial crisis, in which Douglas' character Gordon Gekko helps a young Wall Street trader find out who was behind the death of his mentor.
Admission is $3.
