1:12 p.m., Sept. 14, 2009----Kappa Alpha Theta will be hosting its annual philanthropy event, "Singled Out," on Tuesday, Oct. 13, in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.
The event, which is based on the 1990s hit TV show, will match members of the Greek community for dates based on common interests. The event will begin at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 7. Tickets are $3 in advance or $5 at the door.
All proceeds with benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). CASA volunteers are the voices for the best interests of children going through the court system in cases such as custody battles and foster care issues.
