12:10 p.m., Sept. 16, 2009----Just like your car, your body also needs periodic checks to ensure that you are operating at your fullest potential, and the University of Delaware's HealthyU Employee Wellness Program is offering multiple days of fall health screenings for employees.
The health screenings will provide individuals with the following measurements -- total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure.
The fingerstick method is used to collect a blood sample and results are provided in 10 minutes. Fasting is not required for this screening.
Cost of the screening is $15 Wellness Dollars.
