9:36 a.m., Sept. 24, 2009----The College of Health Sciences will present "Seasonal Flu vs. Swine Flu: What You Need to Know" at noon, Monday, Oct. 5, in Multipurpose Room C of the Trabant University Center.
The hourlong program is open to all students, faculty and staff.
Topics will include the difference between seasonal and H1N1 (or swine flu), what to do to prevent infection with either flu virus, how to recognize the symptoms of infection and what to do if you have flu-like symptoms.
Presenting the program will be Michelle A. Parent, assistant professor of medical technology, and Janice Selekman, professor of nursing.
The first 75 attendees will receive a free bottle of hand sanitizer.
