11:15 a.m., Oct. 21, 2009----University of Delaware students can download an upgrade from Microsoft Windows Vista to Windows 7 for $29.99, it has been announced by UD Information Technologies.
This inexpensive upgrade is available from Oct. 22 through at least the end of the year. Microsoft has announced Jan. 4, 2010, as the tentative date for the end of this offer.
Any student with a valid udel.edu e-mail address is eligible for the special pricing on this upgrade.
To take advantage of this offer, go to the UD Technology Solutions Center's Special Pricing Agreements Web page and select “Windows 7 Upgrade.”
