2:04 p.m., Oct. 20, 2009----Friday, Nov. 6, will be UD Employee Day when the Blue Hens volleyball team takes on Colonial Athletic Association rival Towson University.
Free tickets are being offered to UD employees for this match, which will be played at the Bob Carpenter Center in the athletic complex. Game time is 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m.
Tickets for employees will be available beginning at 10 a.m., Monday, Nov. 2, at the box offices of the Trabant University Center and the Bob Carpenter Center. They will remain available until 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 5.
Tickets are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. There is a limit of four tickets per employee with UD identification.
As of Oct. 20, UD's volleyball team is the highest ranked team from the Colonial Athletic Association in both national and regional polls. To learn more about the team, visit its Web page on BlueHens.com.
