3:11 p.m., Oct. 29, 2009----Video of the speech delivered by Arne Duncan, U.S. Secretary of Education, at the conference on “Vision 2015 and Delaware's Race to the Top” is now available online at the University's Podcast Web page.
The speech is also available on a special Web site, where videos of the entire conference are available.
At the Oct. 27 conference, Duncan spoke about the need for education reform and the importance of higher standards and greater financial commitment.
The conference was the fifth in the University's series of programs focusing on creating knowledge-based partnerships.
