7:48 a.m., Nov. 20, 2009----University of Delaware alumni clubs in Baltimore and Philadelphia have planned special events for Sunday, Dec. 6.
The Baltimore Alumni Club will hold a “Hens on Ice” event from 3-5 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 6, at the Reisterstown Sportsplex ice skating rink.
Baltimore area Blue Hens and their families will have an opportunity to spend time skating then recharge at a reception. The event costs $5 per person, which includes entrance fee, skate rental and pizza.

The Philadelphia Alumni Club will hold family day playtime at the Please Touch Museum on Sunday, Dec. 6. The museum opens at 11 a.m., and lunch will be at noon.
Cost is $20 per person and includes admission to the museum, lunch, games, stories and a ride on the carousel.
