8:06 a.m., Feb. 9, 2010----Vita Nova, the acclaimed restaurant operated by students in the University of Delaware Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, has announced that it is continuing its partnership with the University's in-demand Master Players Concert Series and offering free VIP concert tickets.
Those who visit Vita Nova for dinner any Wednesday or Thursday in March or April will be entered into a raffle and the winner will receive two VIP tickets to a Master Players Concert performed at the University.
Vita Nova, located in the Trabant University Center, is the student-operated restaurant of UD's Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management in the Lerner College of Business and Economics.
Vita Nova is now accepting reservations for the spring semester. The restaurant will open for lunch and dinner service starting Feb. 15 and Feb. 17, respectively.
Restaurant service times are as follows:
Buffet lunch
11:30-12:30 Monday- Friday
Accepting reservations every 15 minutes
Four-course dinner
5:30-7:30 Wednesday-Friday
Accepting reservations every 30 minutes
Darden Bistro Specialty Wine Bar
5:30-8:30 Wednesday-Friday
No reservations are required
