6:08 p.m., Oct. 3, 2008----Homecoming weekend activities set for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Oct.17-20, make the University of Delaware the place to be to catch the UD spirit and enjoy Fighting' Blue Hen football, entertainment, good food and art and photography exhibits.
Events planned for Homecoming include the Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement ceremony; 40-, 25-, 20- and 10-year reunions on Reunion Row; a young alumni bowling event; the Class of 1958 50th reunion; and the Lerner College Annual Alumni Awards of Excellence. Also slated are women's soccer, an alumni swim meet, ice skating, ice hockey and reunions for graduations representing many groups and organizations.
