This new form is the collaborative effort of staff in Billing and Collection, IT and Human Resources. “This has been a great opportunity to create a more efficient cost-effective process through a user-friendly web form. Congratulations to the development team for a job well done,” said J.J. Davis, vice president for administration.

Keep in mind that although the form is now Web-based, the application timetable for this benefit has not changed. Employees may submit the Web form as soon as their eligible dependent is registered for classes, but no later than July 15 (for the fall semester) and Dec. 15 (for spring). Late fees may be imposed for forms submitted after the appropriate fee-payment deadline. For details, see this Web page.

Web-based applications for other educational benefits will be added to this Web form as they become available. Development and testing of the Web-based course fee waiver form is now underway. Please watch for its announcement later this summer.

The Human Resources staff is available to help with any questions employees have about their benefits. For more information, send e-mail to [ben-serv@udel.edu], call (302) 831-2171, or go to the office Web site.
