The 21-year-old man said he was stopped at the traffic light of Library Avenue northbound at East Main Street when a newer model black Honda with tinted windows pulled up next to him. There were two men in the Honda. The victim said the driver of the Honda pulled out a handgun and demanded money from him, while speaking Spanish. The victim said that fearing for his safety, he floored his vehicle, attempted to turn left onto East Main Street and then struck a light pole. He said he fled on foot as he heard the suspects' vehicle coming after him. The victim described the suspect driving the vehicle as a Hispanic man, 23 to 24 years old, who spoke Spanish.
