The 13 digitized documents have been added as a component of the University of Delaware Library Digital Collections as “American Civil War Digital Collections: Autograph Abraham Lincoln Documents.” To see the documents, go to this Web page.

Included in “American Civil War Digital Collections: Autograph Abraham Lincoln Documents” are copies of the Emancipation Proclamation and the Thirteenth Amendment, abolishing slavery, both signed by Lincoln.

The University of Delaware Library owns the originals of all 13 documents, several of which will be on exhibit in the Special Collections Exhibition Gallery and in the Lincoln Exhibition case through June 5.

The originals are part of the Lincoln Collection donated to the University by the Lincoln Club of Delaware in 1972.

In addition, the direct link to the digitized documents is available at this Web page.
