1:17 p.m., Jan. 27, 2009----This is a banner year for the University of Delaware Student Centers.
In keeping with the global initiative outlined in the University's Path to Prominence strategic plan, the flags of approximately 100 countries from around the world - representative of students currently attending the University of Delaware - have been hung in the Trabant University Center and the Perkins Student Center.
Marilyn Prime, director of University Student Centers, said the flags help reflect President Patrick Harker's global initiative “through a visual realization that our campus is a welcoming and engaging community for everyone.”
