How
to deposit
For your convenience, a FLEX
account has already been opened for you. To activate your flexible spending
account, choose the option that is easiest for you.
- You may transfer funds from
your checking account at any bank using the University Billing and Collection
Web site at www.udel.edu/paybill.
- Transfer funds electronically
from your WSFS checking account via Online Banking on the Web at www.wsfsbank.com,
or in person at the WSFS branch bank in the Trabant University Center, or
at a WSFS ATM (FLEX will be listed as "Checking2").
- Complete the FLEX deposit
form enclosed with your semester bill, and add your deposit amount (minimum
of $25) to your fee payment check.
- Authorize the transfer of a
credit balance from your student account. Use the Web form available in the UDSIS Student Center ("Transfer from Student Account to UD1 FLEX"), or at: www.udel.edu/flextransfer.
- Use the self-serve Value
Transfer Stations (VTS) to make a cash deposit in denominations of $5,
$10, or $20.
- Make a deposit by
check or cash at any University Box Office (get printable form here), or a $25 minimum deposit at the Student Services Building
at Cashiers or in the outside drop slot. If you would like to mail a payment,
send a check (with this deposit form) made out to "University of Delaware" to Cashiers.
The address is:
Cashiers
116 Student Services Building
Newark, DE 19716
- Faculty and staff
can also deposit into their own FLEX account by authorizing a payroll
deduction.
- Make it a gift to a
student, faculty or staff member! Give the gift of flexibility.
It's a great way to say congratulations, thank you, or even happy birthday!
