Security
FLEX is secure. It's safer than cash. Your FLEX account is accessed by using your UD#1 CARD (ID) or your Continuing Education ID card, reducing the risk of misuse. Each time you make a purchase with FLEX, your remaining balance will be displayed or printed, so you will always know how much you have left in your account.
To prevent unauthorized use of your lost or stolen card, you can suspend (deactivate) your UD#1 CARD by calling UD1-CARD (831-2273) from any touchtone phone. You may also suspend your UD#1 CARD in person by visiting the UD#1 CARD office in the Student Services Building.
